Find a Provider Fast on the Fund’s Website

Want to find a provider quick…and also make the most of your benefit coverage? Simply go to aetf.com and click Find a Provider. You’ll find links to the Plan’s provider networks, participating clinics, and PPOs.

Here’s a quick overview of your Health Plan options:

In Person. You may choose any provider; however, you may save money by choosing a provider in one of these networks:

• Aetna network providers charge discounted rates to Plan participants.
• Clinics in the Wellness and Minor Care Program charge only $20 per visit, no deductible required.

Virtual Care. An online visit is a convenient option for many routine conditions.

• Teladoc is available at no cost to you, and you can see a licensed physician within minutes.
• Telemedicine (a virtual visit with your regular provider) is covered as an office visit.

Within the Municipality of Anchorage. Ask your provider to use the Plan’s PPO facilities to avoid any non-PPO penalties for:

• Surgery (in- or out-patient) and all services available at the PPOs (including imaging, x-rays, testing, and lab work).
• Physical therapy.
