Alaska Electrical Health & Welfare Fund invites you and your eligible dependents to participate in the 2024 Coalition Health Fair near you.

You must register for the following fairs:

Fairbanks:

September 14th | 8am – noon
September 15th    8am-11:30am

LAB TESTS AVAILABLE AT THE HEALTH FAIR

Testing is available to adults over age 18.  Test results will be sent to you directly. Pre-registration for lab tests and flu shots opens on August 1st at www.coalitionhealthfair.org

Pre-registration closes 7 business days before the fair unless a date reaches maximum capacity prior to the scheduled close. You must register.

We will offer fasting and non-fasting labs at some locations. Non-fasting locations will be noted when you pre-register. If you prefer a non-fasting lab, please schedule your appointment later in the morning to accommodate fasting participants.

Visit the pre-registration website for more information on the following screening tests paid 100% by your health plan at no cost to you:

  • Chemistry / Hematology Profile / A1C
  • Thyroid Screen
  • Prostate Disease Screen (for those age 40 and older)
  • Vitamin D Test

FLU SHOTS

The Quadrivalent flu vaccine is offered to eligible participants age 9 and over (pending vaccine availability) and provided by the Coalition. High dose is not offered. Soldotna participants between the ages of 9-17 will receive a flu shot voucher.
